    Job Summary:

    Responsibilities

    • Sort all linens and treat stains.
    • Assist Wash-person with loading laundry into washer and add specified cleaning agents.
    • Take wet, clean items and dry as directed.
    • Correctly feed linen into automated irons and folding equipment; maintain production standards at all times.
    • Accurately stack, count, and load clean linens into laundry bins in an efficient timely manner.
    • Process all linen orders from/to various properties.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Must be reliable and flexible with schedule.
    • Must be able to work in a fast pace environment and work well with others.
    • Must be able to multi-task and have ability to follow instructions.

    Physical Requirements include:

    • Must be able to acclimate to a hot environment of up to 90°.
    • Frequent standing, walking, reaching outward and above the shoulder for up to eight hours per shift.
    • Repetitive motion of arms, wrist, and hands for up to eight hours.
    • Requires occasional climbing, crawling, and squatting/kneeling up to 3 hours per day.
    • Must be able to frequently lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
    • Must be able to frequently push or pull items in caster bins weighing up to 400 pounds.
    • Must be able to wear earplugs on a frequent basis.
    • Working safely with required chemicals.

    Responsibilities

    • Program and operate commercial sized washers and dryers with specified cleaning agents.
    • Load/Unload laundry into washers and dryers.
    • Clean and maintain machines free from debris and particles.
    • Handling laundry chemicals: exchanging five types of 15-gallon drums—acid, base, bleaching agent, fabric softener, and detergent— requiring proper PPE and maneuvering 100 lb containers safely.
    • Sort and accurately stack, count, and load clean linens into laundry bins in an efficient timely manner.
    • Folds linen both manually and by folding machine as required.
    • May be required to help with inventory.
    • Process all linen orders from/to various properties.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Responsibilities

    • Work with engineering team to complete projects as assigned, working through assignments and assuring clarity of communication and completing projects with exceptional attention to detail and quality of finish.

    Qualifications

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Minimum 3 years Remodel Carpentry experience required.
    • Preferred to have job shop or cabinetry shop experience.
    • Ideally some experience in Finish Carpentry and/or Punchlist carpentry.
    • Must possess a current and valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
    • Ability to obtain DOT license, EPA RRP Lead Certification.
    • Our candidate must have the ability to read, write, and follow instructions.

    Work Environment:

    • Inside and outside buildings across Glacier National Park & Xanterra Managed properties

    Physical Requirements include:

    • Must be able to walk distances over uneven terrain, climb stairs and ladders in all types of weather conditions.
    • Must be able to lift and carry a maximum of 51 pounds.
    • Frequent lifting and carrying of supplies, materials, and equipment throughout the day.
    • Must be able to bend, stretch, reach, kneel, and crawl for extended periods of time.
    • Working safely with required chemicals, tools, and equipment.

    Responsibilities

    • Follow all policy, procedures and service standards.
    • Support the lodging department to provide reporting details.
    • Balance all revenue charges for the day to ensure accuracy; post charges and adjustments if needed.
    • Daily tracking of cash over and short and credit card variances.

    Responsibilities

    Oversight of daily Warehouse operations, including:

      • Timely completion of assigned paperwork and computer processes associated with the receiving and distribution of product in our retail system.

    Job Summary:

    Supports the Location Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring departmental standards are met, and fostering a positive work environment for employees. This role involves managing employee housing, addressing guest complaints, and collaborating with various departments to enhance both employee and guest experiences while maintaining safety and compliance with company policies.

    The Details:
    Position Type: Seasonal
    Season Dates: late-April through mid-October 2025 (exact dates vary by location)
    Pay: Starting at $1,880.00 bi-weekly
    Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

    Responsibilities

    • Act as the Location Manager in their absence.
    • Work with department managers and directors to ensure departmental standards are frequently monitored and are met or exceeded, and a commitment to excellent employee performance is instilled.
    • Ensure Xanterra standards and policies are executed across all departments in a consistent manner.
    • Oversee all off duty employee personnel issues and opportunities including employee housing, organization of employee recognition, events and outings.
    • Greet new staff and give short tour of the housing area, rules, and regulations.
    • Take a lead role in creating events, and promoting the employee recreation opportunities at the property.
    • Assist in overseeing the employee housing dorm cleaners to ensure standards are maintained in employee housing as well conduct weekly employee housing inspections.
    • Work closely with Human Resources and departmental managers to ensure employee experience expectations are met. Including housing, recreation, safety, and performance.
    • Ensure that all employee complaints, regardless of the issue, are turned over to the Human Resources Department immediately. Lead and/or participate in investigations as needed.
    • Respond positively and empathetically to all guest complaints with the objective of solving the problem to the satisfaction of both the guest and the Company prior to the departure of the guest.
    • Review guest survey feedback and follow up as necessary.
    • Participate in the weekly location department Manager Meeting.
    • Assist in the immediate follow-up of all deficiencies noted on National Park Service Evaluations working with maintenance and other department managers/directors.
    • Ensure that proper lost and found procedures are followed by all personnel at the location.
    • Continuously evaluate safety concerns throughout all departments, and inside and outside housing buildings. Work with Safety and Security leads on property to instill a safety oriented culture.
    • Maintain a daily manager’s log of all events taking place on location. Entries into the manager’s log are to be professional and represent an objective view of all employee and guest issues that have taken place during the course of the operating season.
    • Enforce all Company policies and procedures as determined by Xanterra Parks and Resorts.
    • Any other duties as assigned by the Location Manager or General Manager.
    • Possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License and comply with Xanterra Driver Safety Program and Policy.

    Qualifications

    • Must possess outstanding leadership skills.
    • Ability to demonstrate excellent organization, time management, must be goal oriented, and have strong interpersonal communication skills.
    • Must be flexible and adaptable to dynamic situations and have good decision making and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to deescalate high pressure situations in regards to guest’s visits and employee life.
    • Ability to create a welcoming and engaging environment for our on-property seasonal employees. This includes creating a variety of events and programs throughout the summer. Employee engagement and guest satisfaction is crucial to ensure a successful summer in Glacier National Park.

    Physical Requirements include:

    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
    • Stand and/or walk up to eight hours per shift.
    • Requires bending, kneeling, stretching and reaching throughout a shift.
    • Must be able to climb stairs.
    • Must be able to walk on uneven terrain, including icy and snow covered areas.
    • Working safely with required chemicals.
    • Disposition suitable for extensive public contact.
