The Historic Elk Mountain Hotel

We are a small, historic hotel that has been serving guests since 1905! Elk Mountain is a quiet, peaceful, welcoming community nestled in a river valley surrounded by ranches, national forest, and open prairie. We love providing unique lodging and delicious meals to guests from all over the world.

Located in Southeast Wyoming, 3 miles off of Interstate 80. An easy 3 hour drive from the Denver airport makes us a favorite stop on the way to or from Yellowstone. Close to the Medicine Bow National Forest, the Snowy Range Scenic By-way, and other Wyoming adventures.
