Catalina Island Company does not reimburse for your transportation to the island.

You will need to call for a reservation. Times of departures vary according to boat company, day of the week and time of year.

We need an enthusiastic Bartender with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills to provide a fabulous guest dining experience. Our ideal candidates have previous experience as a mixologist, take pride in their work, are highly organized and are proactive. ($16.00-16.90+tips )
Clean restaurant tables and re-set tables for customer use. Assists wait staff with minor requests from customers.
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining campsites to ensure grounds are well kept and meet company appearance standards. Perform minor repairs for guest facilities, as necessary. Assist guests with inquiries as needed.
We are looking for dedicated cooks to prepare high-quality meals in accordance with health and safety regulations and as outlined by our Chef’s recipes. The cook’s responsibilities include following instructions relating to the timely preparation of food orders, organizing workstations, and assisting other cooks as needed. You should also be able to ensure that the refrigerators and storerooms are kept clean and tidy, products are properly sealed and labeled, and ensure food rotation.
To be successful as a cook, you should be able to use various cooking techniques and methods to prepare meals. A strong performer will be able to handle multiple food orders without compromising on the quality of the food they are preparing.
Reliable, service-oriented individuals who enjoy working in hospitality. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of kitchen items. Duties include washing dishes and keeping surrounding work area clean and organized. Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is helpful.
Greet guests with a positive, friendly attitude. Provide information about menu items, and specials. Deliver food in a timely manner. Monitor and observe guests dining experience to ensure guests are satisfied with food and service
Manage guest arrivals and departures. Perform administrative duties including telephone calls, guest reservations, guest concerns/requests. Work with housekeeping for updated room status and coordinate requests for maintenance and repair work. Must be proficient with computers. Day and Night shifts.
The incumbent is responsible for fueling, spills, Express and other common carrier docking, Shore boat docking, dinghy docks, pier and float maintenance, fueling/cleaning company vessels. Weekend, holiday, and occasional after-hours work will be required for this position.
The Harbor Patrolman are responsible for assigning and facilitating the use of moorings within the Two Harbors tideland areas. The Harbor Patrolman is responsible for assigning moorings, fee collection, maintaining records, and assisting the general public. Harbor Patrolmen duties may include the transportation of passengers, baggage, trash, and commercial towing assistance, if licensed. Must respond to radio calls in a friendly manner and be proficient in use of computers.
Assist management and our servers by welcoming and seating guests. Greet them with a smile, answer their questions.
We are seeking a diligent Housekeeper who will keep our hotel looking its absolute best. You will work with a team of cleaning professionals and may be assigned to different shifts each week. Our ideal Housekeeper has a keen eye for detail while turning over rooms, setting up breakfast, laundry, preparing public spaces, and completing other cleaning duties. Our hotel staff prides itself on providing outstanding hospitality to our guests, and your housekeeping services are a significant part of this. Candidates with prior cleaning experience are preferred, but we are willing to train hardworking people who are team players. You must be able to safely lift 30 - 50 pounds.
Seeking seasonal Security Guards based in Avalon and Two Harbors. Responsibilities include securing premises, patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment and addressing any violations. Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
Greet guests with a positive, friendly attitude. Communicate menu items, specials, and provide recommendations and pairings. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring the guests’ needs are met and a pleasant experience is provided. ($16.00-16.90+tips)
We are looking for people to soar through the air and navigate the ropes. Descanso Canyon Adventure Guides perform a variety of opening and closing tasks and safety checks, leads and directs guests as they navigate various course elements, and ensures each guest has an enjoyable and memorable experience; and performs related work as required. The position requires a pre-employment physical and is subject to drug/alcohol testing.
