- Manage and successfully maintain a smooth, efficient, effective, and profitable store that reflects the FTT brand and culture
- Recruit and develop the FTT Retail Sales Floor Team, including the creation of weekly work schedules, assigning daily tasks, and maintaining accountability at all levels
- Ensure that staff understand and can successfully execute all facets of their jobs, including but not limited to cash handling, re-stocking, merchandising, and customer service
- Must know how to create, nurture, and sustain company culture for the retail employees while keeping profitability and company health at the forefront
- Ensure compliance with existing health and safety regulations
- Coordinate, analyze, observe, meet deadlines, and make decisions that reflect the FTT brand and company strategies
- Confidently present bi-weekly updates to executive team members, including any observations that may be important to the business as a whole
- Oversee daily restocking of the sales floor while maintaining a clean, safe, and intriguing merchandise strategy that reflects FTT aesthetics
- Support and assist the Inventory Manager and the entire FTT Team as needed to process all products and web orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable.

- Min. 2 years of experience in retail management within the tourism, outdoor, gift, and/or big box environment with at least $500k in annual sales

- Keep store fully stocked, merchandised, and priced accurately.
- Partner with the Management Team to maintain a visually appealing, dynamic, clean, and safe environment while maintaining a safe, clean, organized Warehouse, Receiving & Off-site storage area.
- Oversee and ensure that all receiving, inventory processing, replenishment, and merchandising are executed completely and correctly daily.
- Partner with the Store Management Team to prioritize, assign, and follow up on all tasks assigned to the team.
- Optimize inventory levels and turns through a thorough analysis of sales and inventory positions to proactively manage low-stock, out-of-stock, and dead-stock positions.
- Manage, monitor, and optimize shipping procedures and policies, as well as the execution of in-store purchases and web orders, overseeing all communications with guests, vendors, and third-party shippers. Partner with the Management Team as needed to address all related matters.
- Monitor and audit our shipping system to ensure accurate rates are charged regularly.
- Order and maintain store supply levels and execute seasonally appropriate preventative maintenance as required.
- Open / Close the Store and carry out Supervisory responsibilities under the Company’s policies, including training, planning, assigning, and directing work; participating in evaluating staff performance; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Maintain a professional appearance and always adhere to the Company dress code.

- Worked for at least two years in an inventory supervisory or management position for a retail business with at least $500k in annual revenue within the last three years.
- Experience in managing and training a Team of at least 3-6 staff.
