The Barista position is responsible for serving customers in our coffee shop, The Lift, and maintaining excellent customer service. This position is responsible for training cooks and other kitchen workers engaged in preparing and cooking foods and ensuring an efficient and profitable food service by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

Environment: This is a physically demanding, outdoor position. Must be able to stand for entire shift and regularly lift/carry 75lbs.

Environment: This is an indoor position. Must be able to stand, sit, and talk for long periods of time, and regularly lift/carry 40lbs.
Experience: Cash handling and customer service experience is required.
