Activities & Guest Services Coordinator
Are you exceptionally well organized and love people? Do you have a passion for fun and the outdoors? Are you a professional multi-tasker? Then this is the job for you!
We seek a proactive and customer-centric Activities and guest Services Coordinator to join our team. As a part of the Turpin Meadow Ranch Guest Services team, you are responsible for promoting, scheduling, and coordinating all ranch recreation activities, rentals, and dining for our in-house and out-of-house guests. We offer activities such as Horseback Riding, Guided Fishing, Guided National Park Tours, Fat Biking, Wilderness Pack Trips, and Winter Wildlife Tours. Besides scheduling activities, you will provide front-desk support to guests and perform administrative duties. As the focal point of contact for the guests, we are looking for someone with a positive, energetic, and welcoming personality.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Scheduling all guest activities and dining reservations
- Handling guest requests and assisting with any special requests
- Managing administrative tasks like processing payments, cash handling, sending invoices
- Welcoming guests on arrival and providing complete assistance during their stay
- Monitoring check-ins and check-outs
- Coordinating with the other staff members and departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Prior experience in Customer Service/ Hospitality
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest and ranch information
- Excellent communication skills
- Display a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
- Proactive and a team player
- A good listener and driven by customer satisfaction
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly motivated
We require that candidates be 18 years of age or older. We are looking for healthy individuals who care about their hygiene and appearance.
MUST BE ABLE TO COMMIT TO THE ENTIRE SUMMER SEASON (JUNE THROUGH SEPTEMBER, 2024)
EMPLOYEE PERKS:
