Live and Cook in Jackson Hole this Summer!

Our restaurant is committed to using fresh and seasonal ingredients, and we make every effort to source them from local farms whenever possible. Our goal is to create high-quality food in a fun atmosphere. The ideal candidate for the job should have previous experience in fine dining and be a team player with a high level of energy, able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they should be friendly, focused, respectful, and courteous to their colleagues.

The monthly salary will depend on experience, and we offer camp tips and free housing.  A general Camp Bonus fund grows during the season and is divided equally among the entire staff at the end of the season.

Ideal candidates should be willing and able to commit to the entire summer season (June - September 2024). We seek individuals who understand the importance of hospitality, have a passion for food, and prioritize guest service and satisfaction. We're seeking the most talented and professional individuals, though we also have a lot of fun at Turpin Meadow Ranch. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess positive characteristics. We seek healthy individuals who pay attention to hygiene and appearance, are responsible, and respect themselves, others, animals, and property. Our employees must be flexible, take direction well, and maintain a joyful spirit. Attention to detail is a must; ideally, our employees can anticipate what needs to be done without being asked. Positive attitudes and strong work ethics are essential; everyone should be willing and happy to lend a helping hand when needed.

We provide free accommodations for staff, including community kitchens and laundry. However, please note that getting to the ranch can be challenging. You'll need to arrive in Jackson Hole alone as the ranch does not provide regular employee shuttles. We recommend having your reliable transportation to explore the nearby parks and get into town. The ranch is in a remote area with limited cell phone connection, so employees must be comfortable.

If you're an outdoor enthusiast, Turpin Meadow Ranch is the place for you! The ranch offers stunning views of the Tetons out the front door and Wyoming's second-largest Wilderness Area out our back door. With three National Forest trailheads within walking distance, you'll be on your way to exploring the backcountry in no time. The ranch is 15 miles from the entrance of Grand Teton National Park and 40 miles to the south boundary entrance of Yellowstone National Park.

Our ranch offers guests and staff horseback riding, fat tire and e-biking, SXS Adventures, hiking, and fishing. Multi-sport days are standard; climbing, biking, and rafting all in one day are not uncommon. By night, enjoy a campfire with some good friends or treat yourself to a delicious meal at one of Jackson's favorite foodie restaurants. There's a vibrant art scene for the creative people, with multiple art fairs coming through Jackson, in addition to live theater and music.
