About The Lodge at Bryce Canyon, LLC

The Lodge at Bryce Canyon offers careers across hospitality, retail, culinary, operations, food service, and maintenance. It’s the perfect place to pursue what matters, whether you’re looking for a seasonal opportunity or ready to build a long-lasting career.

Located in Southern Utah, Bryce Canyon is unique in the fact that it is not actually a canyon carved by flowing water, but instead a natural amphitheater created from erosion. Today, park visitors can enjoy stunning views of the park in the same way people did in the early 1900s, when The Lodge at Bryce Canyon was originally built. Constructed from 1924 to 1927, the lodge was built by the Union Pacific Railroad company and used by similar railroad companies to establish park lodges across with American West with the encouragement of the National Park Service.

The Employee Experience

No two days are the same with Aramark Destinations! Employees come to Bryce Canyon from all over the world; with such a diverse staff, you’ll be part of a community that encourages cultural exchange and knowledge sharing.

You’ll have the opportunity to spend your days building a career in hospitality and your free time enjoying the outdoors.

Ideal Candidate

If you are purposeful, adventurous, and appreciate a diverse working and living environment, Bryce Canyon may be the right spot for you to take your next step!  We look for passionate people who are ready to lend a helping hand and embrace our natural environment. You're someone who appreciates and respects nature's beauty and ready to be part of a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences.

Join us for our 2024 summer and reach your fullest potential as you make memories that last forever!  Our operational season runs from March until November, and we welcome new employees who are able to stay with us for the full time or even half of it!

Room and Board

Most employees live onsite in dorm-style employee housing, where rooms and bathrooms are shared. In addition to a refundable $150 deposit for the season, the charge for room and board is payroll deducted at $15/day and covers housing, meals, utilities, internet access, and laundry.

RV sites are available at Aramark’s Red Canyon RV Park located 15 miles outside of Bryce Canyon National Park. Full hook-up RV sites cost $6/day.

Employee Perks

Working at The Lodge at Bryce Canyon is a special experience, and we want to make sure that our employees are able to make the most of living, working, and learning here for the season. As part of the Aramark team, you’ll have access to:

Discounts at our gift shop, general store, and guest dining room

Getting Here and Getting Around

For pick-up and transportation to the lodge, Aramark provides a free shuttle by scheduled appointment to the property from the bus and shuttle stop in Cedar City, UT. The nearest international airports to southern Utah are in Las Vegas and Salt Lake City. There is a shuttle from Las Vergas Airport to Cedar City, and Greyhound also provides transportation options to the area.

If you will be driving to Bryce Canyon, you will need to inform the National Park Service employee at the gate that you are a new employee at the lodge. Your new hire paperwork will provide additional instructions on park entrance and information.
