TechGirls

TechGirls is an international exchange program designed to empower & inspire young women to pursue careers in science & technology. In 2024, the program will support 111 young women from 35 countries along w/ 15 US peers in a 4-week US program, plus 7-months of mentoring. TechGirls is a program of the US Dept of State, Bureau of Educational & Cultural Affairs; administered by Legacy International.

The summer begins and ends in the nation's capital, Washington DC. The core experience is at Virginia Tech University, set in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains.
