- Attend to the illness and injuries of program participants and administer first aid as needed
- Oversee the collection, storage and administration of medication to program participants per written protocol
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration and illness/injury care delivered to program participants
- Contact parents of participants requiring physician's attention, overnight stay in health center or when necessary
- Coordinate physician visits as needed and transport program participants to visits
- Be on call during camp sessions to attend to any emergency medical situations with students
- Review incoming program participants’ medical paperwork
- Notify Leadership team of any serious injuries or emergencies
- Brief staff on general and specific health needs of campers
- Manage First Aid kits and medical supply inventory
- Train staff on First Aid, CPR, and incident response
- Act as a role model to students in attitude and behavior
- Assist staff with program activities, work projects, and other duties as assigned
- Provides general office support by answering phones, taking and delivering messages, rerouting calls as needed, filing, data entry, managing incoming and interoffice mail, maintaining/deleting/delivering electronic faxes, FedEx (pick-up/deliveries, etc.).
- Answer inquiries about company and provides customer service as needed.
- Helps maintain, organize and update staff on office activities
- Communicates and maintains company information by posting and maintaining policies in common areas, distributing updated contact information, and other information as needed.
- Manages the scheduling and availability of conference rooms and calendars.
- Maintains and ensures that shared workspaces such as the kitchen, storage room, and conference rooms are well stocked with supplies and are kept tidy and clean to support employees and maintain optimum daily operations. Office assistant will also help in this area by maintaining a clean refrigerator, running dishes through dishwasher, clean out conference rooms after meetings, etc).
- Maintains, adds and redistributes company cell phones for employees as required.
- Learns how to operate all office machines such as photocopier/scanner, fax machines, voice mail/phone systems and personal computers. If an IT or facility problem cannot be easily resolved through troubleshooting, the Office Assistant will coordinate with appropriate personnel (facilities, IT, etc) for assistance until the problem(s) have been resolved.
- Interfaces with accounting, payroll, vendors, sister companies, and clients as needed.
- Supports with department-level budgets as directed.
- Gathers and assembles receipts in order to prepare monthly reports for review for credit card billing and payments.

- Must be 21 years of age
- Must obtain an LPN, PA, or CNA License within 6 months of hire and eligible to practice in Colorado.
- Must hold valid driver’s license for at least the past 3 years and have a clean driving record
- 1 to 2 years’ experience working as a licensed health care worker
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Employee must pass TB Test and Background Check
- $14.50-$16.50 DOE.

- Manage, supervise, and train all kitchen staff.
- Create and implement menus for each camp session.
- Work with the Programming department to ensure meal logistics for each session are created intentionally and efficiently.
- Order supplies and maintain a running inventory throughout the year.
- Organize purchasing trips for the Kitchen as needed.
- Develop a weekly cleaning schedule to ensure that the kitchen is kept clean and in working order.
- Create and maintain the kitchen protocol binder and keep recipes, daily tasks, and duties up to date.
- Ensure food is properly stored following Colorado Health Codes and train staff on proper food storage.
- Manage department budget.
- Work with the hospitality and facilities team to ensure the facilities are kept clean and in working order.
- Develop and facilitate training and professional development for kitchen staff.
- Assist in the hiring process for all kitchen staff.
- Assist the Hospitality Manager with the preparation and execution of all RSI events and guest stays. Including assisting with menu, event planning, and cooking for large events (retreats, weddings, etc).
- Participate in leadership and all staff meetings, department check-ins, etc.
- Assist with other functions and duties as assigned.
- Professional and experienced individual working with a wide range of populations (experience with both youth and adult clients).
- Ability to genuinely express appreciation to the guests.
- Ability to interpret and follow recipes and to compute basic mathematical calculations.
- Ability to work under time constraints, and prepare meals for small (10) as well as large (100+) groups.
- Ability to work independently of others with minimal supervision.
- Ability to use MS Office and Google Suite applications related to job duties.
- Ability to lead by example and join in on all kitchen duties, including but not limited to washing dishes, preparing food, serving meals, and cleaning the kitchen and other areas.
- Culinary Arts Degree or a minimum of 3 years of equivalent experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
- Management experience preferred.
- ServSafe Certified preferred.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license for at least the past 3 years and have a clean driving record.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Must pass a TB test and federal background clearance.

The Head Chef is an integral part of the Rocky Mountain Pathways Ranch Leadership team. The Head Chef will oversee all daily functions of the kitchen department including administrative duties and ensuring the kitchen team prepares and serves three nutritious meals a day for students, staff, and guests.
