This is your opportunity to spend the summer in the Shoshone National Forest, just 2 miles from Yellowstone’s East Entrance, one hour (50 miles) west of the nearest town Cody, Wyoming.  We are a privately owned historic resort with 47 rooms, an excellent restaurant and bar, one of the best gift shops in the area and a gas station/convenience store.  Wildlife, scenic vistas, blue ribbon trout fishing, and miles and miles of hiking trails are right in your backyard!

Our dining room seats 65-80 people serving 3 meals a day from 7 am through 9:30pm, on a big day we serve around 300 guests and 130 employee meals. Private housing (no children or pets) and an end of season bonus are included in this seasonal position lasting from late April through mid-October.

We are seeking an experienced CHEF/KITCHEN MANAGER.  We believe in fresh ingredients, good homemade soups, and quality cuisine.  This is a seasonal position. Our summer season runs May 10th through October 13th.

Responsibilities include setting up menus and preparing high-quality dishes. You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. You will be in charge of supervising the food prep and cooking, maintaining a fully-stocked kitchen inventory and complying with safety and cleanliness standards. This is an opportunity to lead our kitchen and continue our reputation of serving great food at reasonable prices. We look forward to offering new menu items as well as keeping our local favorites.  Staffing includes 4-5 line cooks, staff cook, 2-3 prep cooks and 2 dishwashers.
