Immerse yourself in a life of discovery and service in a Tibetan Buddhist educational center

Our residential work-study program is a way to live, study and work as a part of a dedicated and resourceful community guided by Tibetan Buddhist practices and principles. Your work may include cleaning, maintenance, cooking, gardening, marketing, IT, front desk, administration, and more. Includes the opportunity to attend the classes or workshops offered here. Need not be Buddhist to apply.

The Institute is in the foothills of Berkeley, with incredible views of the Golden Gate bridge.
