Currently recruiting for the season that runs from April 20th, 2024 to October 25th, 2024.
- Doing regular stock-takes and ordering as necessary
- Handling deliveries
- Maintaining the condition of beer, wine, food storage
- Liaising with the kitchen and maintaining salad prep stations
- Enforcing health and safety rules
- Maintain control and coverage of the dining floor/patrons without the help of host
- Preparing drink and cocktails
- A dual role of serving and bartending on shift
- Monitor/serve bar area and up to 10 tables at a time.
- Cleaning/organizing of bar, restrooms, and dining areas.
- Other duties required as business continues to operate in a busy manner
- Bartending: 2 years
- English
- Driver's License
- Must be able to obtain food handlers and TIPS certification
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, smoking meats, or preparing sauces)
- Working the line in a prompt and accurate manner.
- Cook menu items in coordination with front of house staff.
- Answer, report and follow direction of Operation Manager
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Wash all dishes including customer plates and equipment nightly
- Give chef's recommendations to guests participating in our grill your own steak dining option
- Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Chef, Restaurant Cook or Prep Cook
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- A thorough understanding of maintaining an inventory levels in a rural community with limited replenishment deliveries
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiar with industry’s best practices
- Be comfortable working in the kitchen alone or with a team member
Bartender/Server
The Outlaw Saloon is a full-service bar and steakhouse. Our family owned and operated properties are looking for great crew members to join our team! The seasonal position starts in Mid April and continues through October. We offer competitive pay, great work environment, and employee housing if desired. Onsite Housing
We try to give employees separation from work and co-workers during downtime. We offer discounted housing in one of our off-site studios which is equipped with its own bathroom, kitchenette, and dining table. While we do not provide meals, we offer a 50% discount on food at our Saloon and Coffee Shop. Our property is equipped with high-speed wireless internet so you can stay connected, TV, and HDMI cord to connect your devices. As a bonus, we offer a great end of season bonus upon completing the season. Laundry is available for $2 per wash.
Housing cost: $300 per month for Private Room/Bathroom
