Moose-AKa's is an independently owned Eastern European Restaurant. Owner Michael-Jared Waring and Manager Maja began their journey in 2015 when we opened a food truck in Healy (10 miles north of the town of Denali). In 2017 we moved into a restaurant where we quickly built a reputation as one of the top restaurants in the U.S.A. In 2022 Trip Advisor named us the #7 casual restaurant in the U.S.A.
