Wanted: Talented Jack/Jill of All Trades in Beautiful Wind River Country
The Lazy L&B is a smaller, traditional, family owned and operated ranch. If you're looking to escape the grind and breathe a little, then this is the place! Our valley is less inhabited now then it was when it was first homesteaded and we're surrounded by over 100,000 acres of wildlife habitat, national forest and Indian reservation. Check us out on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook!
The Lazy L&B Ranch is located in the Wind River Valley of Wyoming about 30 minutes from the town of Dubois. The ranch is framed by the Owl Creek range of the Absaroka's on one side and the Wind River mountain range on the other side.
Dubois, Wyoming
Wanted: Talented Jack/Jill of All Trades in Beautiful Wind River Country
Located in the heart of Wind River Country in Dubois, Wyoming the Lazy L&B Ranch provides a unique and memorable experience for guests and crew alike. We're surrounded by hundreds of thousands of acres of wildlife habitat, National Forest, and Indian Reservation. Yellowstone, Grand Teton, and Jackson are all under 2 hours away for exploration on days off.
Our maximum number of guests is 35 and we only offer 6-night stays. This allows staff to get to know guests on a more personal level and develop a rapport throughout the week. We strongly encourage staff to converse, dine, and interact with our guests as much as possible. Developing friendships with other employees is a given as we live and work as a family for the season, creating incredible memories for our guests and ourselves!
Our best employees love the outdoors, enjoy meeting new people and have no problem helping out wherever and whenever they're needed. We live and work together closely for the season so those who enjoy a family atmosphere will be be happiest. Enjoying your work and having fun while doing it is important because we do spend a fair amount of time working but there are also lots of opportunities to have fun together too! Western attire is required.
Due to our remote location all staff lives at the ranch. There are some shared cabins where you have your own bedroom but will be sharing the cabin with 2-3 other people. There are also some single cabins which are assigned to senior employees. The bath house is about 20 feet from staff cabins.
Staff is served the same delicious meals as guests. The fridge in the staff room is stocked with leftovers for you to help yourself on the chef's day off.
A lot of our staff drive to the ranch which gives you a bit more flexibility to explore surrounding areas. If you prefer to fly, there are airports in Riverton (RIW) and Jackson (JAC).
Make your day a little cooler with a weekly dose of inspiration.
