This job is based on rooms occupancy and usually 6 - 6 hour days or 36 hours per week.
Gardener

Tour Guide / Dock Representative
Sell, Organize and operate special functions and tours mostly “Legends & Lies” Tour and "Kitchen Science Alaska" Tour, and any other activity requiring a "function sheet."
Perform as driver/guide actor in tour which includes conducting 30-45 min driving city tour with Inn van (or sub contracted vehicle for counts of more than 8 as a step on guide). Meet and Greet people that control sales and customers. Settle Tour transactions.
Coordinate sales activity and planning with actors. Maintain standards of tour products to include quality, specifications, cleanliness, general organization, handouts and gifts. Operate tour based on owner provided script and timing description. Comply with operational standards as provided by cruise lines or similar organizations.
