- Conduct efficient and proper stocking, rotating, facing, and culling of product to prevent shrink and damage while ensuring high quality, visually appealing, and fresh products for customers.
- Have a good knowledge of the department’s variety of products and their location. Be aware of guests at all times and assist them with their product selections and inquiries in a friendly manner.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Possess a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Food Safety training (within 30 days of hire)

- Able to perform a variety of tasks, often changing from one task to another while remaining calm
- Ability to perform physical aspects of the job, including lifting items up to 40 pounds to waist height, standing for entire shift, bending, kneeling, and crouching
