Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, wash all dishes, glassware and small ware, handle trash removal, follow schedule and respect fellow team members. Be able to operate commercial dishwasher at high volume, handle trash disposal and maintenance and complete end-of-night cleaning duties.

Ideal availability May 17- September 29 with some flexibility. Relocating to Block Island is required, basic accommodations are provided at no charge. Rotate through stations: Sauté, Garde Manger, Raw Bar, Fry and Grill. Have you worked in a high-volume kitchen before? Perfect! Can you shuck an oyster? Big plus! Kitchen help is expected to meet all the usual standards: punctual, reliable, clean, respectful with attention to detail. Responsible for setting up and breaking down stations, maintaining cleanliness and organization, following the chef's directions, and performing in a fast-paced environment. Wages are based on experience.
