About Dairymen's
Established in 1925, Dairymen’s is a private, family oriented, member owned resort located on a private nature preserve in Boulder Junction, Wisconsin, the heart of the northwoods. The spirit of Dairymen’s is found in family and friends, and in the stewardship of the property. Our commitment is to protect the integrity of the ecosystem while enjoying the pristine beauty and bounty of the Northwoods.
A Dairymen’s vacation is as unique as it is inspiring. The 6,700 acres of natural beauty, reflected in seven clear lakes and miles of gravel roads winding through deep woods, is a Northwoods playground. Forty-seven comfortable northwoods guest cabins highlight nature’s beauty through every window. For Members, the two lodges are gathering places for delicious meals, fun and games, or just sitting by a crackling fire. Dairymen’s is a place where our Members reconnect with family and friends and Mother Nature’s splendor. In today’s fast-paced world, Dairymen’s provides families with a special place to build a lifetime of memories.
The primary vacation season extends from May through October, during which time a large staff is needed to support the needs of the Club and enhance the member experience.
The Employee Experience
Dairymen’s is a very special, friendly place to work and be a part of. Our Members have been vacationing and making memories here for generations. While they have high standards and expect an elite experience, our Members treat our staff like family and will be very curious to hear “your story”. It is an enriching and fun place to work, a place where memories are made for both our Members and our staff.
Located in the heart of the Wisconsin Northwoods, employees will have an authentic Northwoods experience. From viewing wildlife, to the dark skies and starlit nights, to the towering pines, the property is truly pristine and untouched. There are many opportunities for outdoor recreation. Due to the remote location of the resort and lack of public transportation, bicycles are provided for staff to use for recreation, a ride into town, or transportation to a second job.
