- Homer - individual single queen studio apartment with full sized refrigerator, full kitchens, private bathroom and laundry facilities located next to the hotel. The cost is $15 per day. Sitka and Haines the employees live in the studio sized single queen rooms in the hotel. These include fully furnished kitchens, private bath, single queen and laundry facilities.

The Employee Experience
Some of our locations have employee housing with some housing offered in the hotel in a standard suite. All employee housing is first class - brand new amenities - excellent condition with all the cooking/eating/sleeping items you need. Our locations in Alaska are quite simply - GLORIOUS! Sitka, Juneau, Haines and Homer have the best fishing, hiking, camping and kayaking you can find! Alaska is a magical place to live, visit and work!
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for candidates that can work various time frames and shifts as we have year round permanent positions and also hire for seasonal summer tourist/fishing months.
If you're looking for fresh air, fantastic outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, kayaking and camping - we have the perfect locations for you. We are also an idea location for retirees or those who like to work in National Parks year round.
Room and Board
Our employee housing is $15 per person per day for the summer months. Some of the rooms are shared, most are private, and some are a two-bedroom apartment. All housing is first-class, brand new, and in perfect conditional.
Employee Perks
We have great partnerships with many vendors for discounts or some freebies on various excursions as kayaking, whale watching, fishing and more. Employee discounts are available at all of our Aspen Hotels throughout the state of Alaska as well.
Getting Here and Getting Around
The cities of Juneau, Haines and Sitka are accessed by air or the Alaska Marine Highway System (Ferry). Juneau also has a great city bus system. Many people use bicycles to get around in all our locations during the summer months.
Homer is accessible by car or air.
For Fun
Alaska is a wealth of adventure and scenery that cannot be found elsewhere. Glacier cruise tours, helicopter glacier tours, glacier sled dog rides, sea kayaking, wildlife viewing, fishing hiking, rafting and so much more!
