Arthur Morgan School

Arthur Morgan School is a small, progressive boarding and day school for students in grades 7-9. The program combines Maria Montessori’s vision of a farm school for adolescents with the Quaker values of simplicity, peace, integrity, community, equality and stewardship. Classes, field trips and boarding life all strengthen our experiential education program with a commitment to social justice.

In the Black Mountains of western North Carolina, about an hour outside of Asheville, on 100 acres of farm and wilderness.
