Job Start Date
Job Starts: Apr 23, 2024

Alaska 360 has been in business over 23 years,  and offers very highly rated historic-themed Klondike Gold Rush oriented shore excursions to guests arriving on cruise ships.  Our guides wear costumes and create characters from the gold rush era in order to "edutain" their guests with the fascinating stories and experiences of that era.

This newly-created hybrid position is ideal for anyone who wants to gain experience in Operations and Logistics, as well as those with an interest in Stage Management and Production.  The person in this role will be involved in all of the functions of the FOH process for bringing tour guests onsite and keeping the daily operations running according to plan.  Or, reinventing the plan if something goes sideways!  On other days, this position will rotate to the BOH as the director of the actual tours as they go through the stages of each of our different tours.  FOH and BOH work together using radios, but most of the positions do one or the other.  This position will work in both areas, making it a unique opportunity to see how we execute from inception to waving goodbye to our guests back at their ship.

***$18/hr during the regular season, with a $1/hr bonus for regular wage hours worked during the season paid when the contract is completed.  Reduced rate company housing at $150/month.  Arrive in Skagway by April 21st for an April 23rd start date.
