Wings Airways is a floatplane company offering glacier flightseeing excursions from the historical Downtown Juneau waterfront. We’re a small, seasonal company where every employee is an extremely valuable part of the “team”.  We hire a small staff each season and we expect those hired to give 110% no matter what.  This is the perfect company for people who function well in a fast-paced and high-energy organization.

Job Description: This is an all-encompassing and key position on our Wings Airways team. Front Desk Agents represent our company by being the first faces seen as you enter the building. This role is key for someone who excels in customer service. Essential job functions include knowledge of our tours & safety culture, dispatching tours/flights, management of daily schedule, strategic sales focus, constant communication with the entire operation, reservation assistance, retail, and more.  

Must be 18 years or older. Front Desk Agents should be able to manage constant “controlled” chaos with a smile and positive attitude all while delivering the warmth we hope to exude.
