What you’ll do
- Greet and register guests
- Assign rooms and issue room keys
- Check out departing guests efficiently and politely and explain charges if necessary
- Handle cash transactions and post guest room charges
- Answer all incoming telephone calls and take messages as needed
- Confirm room reservations
- Print and distribute all necessary reports to various departments
- Handle nightly closing and balancing of all shift reports and daily posting transactions
- Verify daily arrivals with registration cards, vouchers and/or itinerary, category, rates, dates, etc.
- Prepare next day's arrivals
- Prepare and distribute Daily Summary Report
- Effectively and professionally address guest issues and complaints.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What you’ll do
- Complete maintenance tasks and projects, traveling between multiple worksites each day.
- Create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring our homes are well maintained general repairs, preventative maintenance & inspections
- Respond to guest issues regarding maintenance, as needed including but not limited to:
- Appliance troubleshooting
- Cable/wifi troubleshooting
- Basic HVAC repair
- Light plumbing
- Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with team members and management team
- Correspond on a regular basis with your local management team and team members
- Be available and willing to assist your colleagues and management team when necessary
- Provide cross-coverage when necessary to ensure urgent issues are addressed
- Maintain hot tubs as needed; we offer on-site training
- Collect and remove trash and debris
- Ensure follow through on assigned maintenance tasks using in-house assignment system and respond to time-sensitive maintenance needs
- Maintain required Maintenance Metrics on efficiency and utilize Vacasa’s ticketing system
- Coordinate with third-party service providers.
- Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings

What you’ll do
- Act as the first point of contact for our guests, vendors, and, occasionally, our owners within a local management office
- Be responsible for taking incoming phone calls, occasional outbound calls, and responding to emails or chats on a daily basis from guests who have questions or concerns about a reservation, statement or other concern
- Assist with the creation and delegation of maintenance and housekeeping tickets (If applicable)
- Verify unit availability to assist with scheduling vendor or realtor visits
- Meet and maintain Vacasa standards and metrics such as guest satisfaction, accuracy, efficiency, and inquiry conversion to reservations
- Build and maintain business relationships and open lines of communication with other internal support teams

What you’ll do
- Manage a team in a time-sensitive environment.
- Home repairs including appliance trouble-shooting, cable/wifi troubleshooting, basic knowledge of HVAC systems and light plumbing [to fix a leaky sink]
- Managing, mentoring, training, and supporting a small group of maintenance technicians/maintenance staff and assisting them when necessary with needs.
- Corresponding on a regular basis with the staff you manage.
- Corresponding on a regular basis via email and phone with the Local team and Central team.
- Ordering, maintaining and replenishing maintenance supplies and inventory.
- Assisting with scheduling and distribution of tickets.
- Ensuring maintenance staff follow through on assignments and giving instructions regarding work methods and routines.
- Covering for local team when necessary.
- Recommending performance evaluations, resolving problems, and implementing disciplinary action with appropriate team members and assistance from the human resources department.
