Authentic, Outdoor Experiences
Since 2001, Whitewater has been creating opportunities to bring people together outdoors at the U.S. National Whitewater Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Whitewater Center is designed and operated as an outdoor center offering over 30 different recreational activities. Every element and activity is focused on supporting an all-encompassing experience around the outdoor lifestyle.
The USNWC is located in Charlotte, NC - centrally positioned with the Appalachian Mountains just a few hours to the west and the Atlantic Coast just a few hours to the east. Employees get the best of both worlds with convenient access to a major city and plenty of natural space for daily outdoor recreation.

The Employee Experience
Located approximately fifteen minutes away from downtown Charlotte, NC, the Whitewater Center serves as the area's largest, outdoor playground. Situated on 1,300 acres of woodland terrain, Whitewater provides vast space and ample opportunity for employees to explore new areas and new activities outside of work.
