- Perform day-to-day maintenance and repair work at a camp location consisting of up to 40 -102 high-quality outdoor tents with plumbing, communal structures with showers and toilets, laundry facilities, restaurants, common areas, fire pits, outdoor activities, and equipment
- Work alongside facilities team members, under the direction of the Facilities Manager, on related tasks and in across multiple departments as needed

Housekeeping Supervisor
Summary
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you play an important role in creating a memorable first impression for our guests from the moment they enter their tent. We pride ourselves on providing guests with a camping experience that includes all the comforts and luxury of home. Your role is to lead a team of housekeepers to provide guests with a consistently clean and comfortable environment in their tent for the duration of their stay. You will work side-by-side with your team to deliver results. This is a seasonal, hourly position and includes the option of team member housing for the duration of employment.

Camp Facilities Technician
Camp Facilities Technician 1&2: As a Camp Facilities Technician, you work closely with the Facilities Supervisor and Manager to ensure our glamping location is well-maintained, safe, and operational for our team members and guests. You play an important role in our success by performing daily maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of our tents, amenities, equipment, and property. Depending on the camp location, the nature of work performed will vary from basic upkeep (Facilities Technician 2) to more technical functions such as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (Facilities Technician 1). Operations Manager
This is a unique opportunity to work outdoors close to some of the country’s most popular national parks. As an Operations Manager, you partner closely with the General Manager (GM) and Assistant General Manager (AGM) to ensure the camp delivers exceptional guest experiences. The Operations Manager serves as an expert in customer service and operational processes, collaborating daily with team members from front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and food & beverage. The Operations Manager would be directly responsible for managing the Camp Concierge, Guest Experience Coordinator, and Housekeeping teams. Together with the GM and AGM, the Operations Manager communicates goals and expectations to the team and assists where needed.
