Summary/Objective 

The Golf Course Outside Service Attendant is responsible to greet and assist players with preparation for play and departure at the Golf Course. This position assists with unloading and loading clubs for guests, cleaning equipment and areas at the Golf Course, and cleaning and maintaining the golf carts. Outside Service attendants should be guest focused to provide exceptional service at Bully Pulpit. 

 

Duties/Responsibilities

· Promote sales of TRMF events and services by providing all customers with complete information and showing enthusiasm for these offerings.

· Stay informed about Medora events and activities, attend weekly departmental informational meetings.

· Greet customers and give each guest excellent customer service.

· Assist players by loading and unloading their clubs.

· Handle and wash golf clubs for players.

· Clean and maintain the golf cart fleet.

· Maintain clean equipment and organize garages.

· Clean and set up the driving range. 

· Follow proper club opening and closing procedures.

· Participates in workplace safety training sessions.

· Be available to work shifts at the Medora Musical and other positions as needed. 

· Performs other related duties as assigned. 

 

Required Skills/Abilities

· Excellent verbal communication skills.

· Provide consistent, excellent customer service.

· Reliable, on time, and ready for every shift.

· Ability to stand for extended periods of time. 

 

Required Education and Experience

· Must be 16 years old. 

· Previous experience with golf courses or driving ranges preferred.

· Must be able to work in outdoor environments. 

· Must be fluent in English, bilingual a plus.

 

Work Environment

This position is generally an outdoor position which involves working in hot, humid conditions and various weather elements.
