The Brush Creek Ranch Luxury Collection (located in Saratoga, Wyoming) is consistently recognized as a top luxury ranch and resort in the US! We're currently looking for a full-time Night Auditor who is passionate, organized and detail oriented with previous customer service experience.

The night auditor will assist guest with any special request, balance all of hotel and restaurant transactions daily and assist guest efficiently, courteously and professionally in Front Desk-related functions providing excellent guest service.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent credential
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Proficient in Windows XP and Microsoft Office software applications such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Experience with reservation system such as HMS, and/or Synxis is preferred
• Minimum typing skill of 35+ wpm
• Must have ability to courteously present information to people in one-on-one and group situations
