The Operations Manager works with the Director of Finance and Operations to coordinate and implement the day-to-day operations of the business office.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Manage computer systems and operations of tech-related items
- Maintain personnel files for employees and volunteers
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of all TYFS Employees
- Coordinate job listings and employment ads for open positions within TYFS
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential new hires.
- Serves as the HR liaison and coordinates:
- Health/dental insurance
- Retirement Benefit
- Time-off Policy
- Works with program directors on scheduling for employees.
- Update and maintain the Policy and Procedure Manual as directed by The Directors.
- Works with Directors to apply for and manage Red Top Meadows CARF Accreditation Materials
- Submits or assists with all reports on grants for the Department of Workforce Services.
- Works with the Executive Director and Director of Operations & Finance to have systems to gather relevant outcome data for each program and collect and organize that data to inform program development and effectiveness through our ERM System.
- Manage TYFS ERM system for all program areas.
- Help onboard new employees to the ERM system
- Works with The Director of Operations and Finance and the Head of School to maintain our Title 1 grant process.
- Works with the Director of Operations and Finance to facilitate Medicaid monthly billing for all program areas.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two years of applicable experience in an office setting.
- A clear understanding of and commitment to the principles of confidentiality in our work.
- Required working knowledge in QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and other database-type systems.
