We are dedicated to providing our guests with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, offering a delightful dining experience during their stay. Culture:

  • Foster a fun, friendly culture that reflects our commitment to high service standards.
  • Build and lead an energized, well-trained, technique-driven team.
  • Engage in warm and friendly guest interactions, including table visits, special events appearances, and cordial correspondence.

Staff Management:

  • Schedule, train, and manage service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Conduct interviews, make hiring decisions, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Coordinate daily with the Chef to ensure seamless front-of-house and back-of-house collaboration.
  • Communicate effectively with the Front Desk Manager, GM, and all leadership teams.

Operations:

  • Define, cost, and price restaurant menus while managing department profitability.
  • Work hands-on daily, overseeing catering functions and special events.
  • Establish and enforce structured processes, restaurant standards, programs, and procedures.
  • Provide training and ongoing oversight in food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain strong safety standards, oversee vendor relationships, and manage inventory.
  • Devise and execute operational enhancements while maintaining equipment and supplies.

Reporting/Financial:

  • Review and report staff hours, actively managing daily, weekly, and bi-monthly labor and overtime.
  • Monitor actual and theoretical food costs to improve profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience managing a busy restaurant, including financial management.
  • Excitement about creating a warm family atmosphere for staff while maintaining high standards.
  • Catering experience and a background in hospitality.
  • Independent thinker with great initiative, comfortable working within a defined framework.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • Ability to work inside and outside in various environmental conditions.
  • Frequent physical activities, including walking, bending, stooping, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and using required chemicals.
  • Shifts up to 8 hours per day, including nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
