Requirements:

• As Spur Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for effectively managing the Spur staff to accomplish daily tasks; ensuring the proper operation of Spur Restaurant, room service, lobby bar and special events; and understanding the operating goals of the hotel.
• You must actively participate in all aspects of the restaurant operation; supervise the performance, attendance, appearance, and conduct of the Spur Restaurant staff; and assist with scheduling, payroll, hiring, training, discipline, inventory, and marketing.
• You must ensure the Spur Restaurant team maximizes the guest experience by achieving all service standards, maintaining consistent quality of service, exceeding expectations, and efficiently completing daily departmental objectives.
• You must communicate with the guests in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner, and must monitor guest service with table touch’s, guest comment cards, and the handling of guest complaints.
