Taos Ski Valley is hiring cooks at Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels. The pay range is between $17.10 and $23.00, with hourly rate set based on experience, skill level, and attitude. Cook positions span several levels of skill, all of which are responsible for the production of and quality control standards of food in a high-volume kitchen through peak, rush periods of service. The nature of this job requires highly motivated, committed, and skilled individuals who can work with a team in a fast-paced environment to achieve customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for preparing and, using a full range of cooking methods and knife skills, cooking food consistent with recipes and what is printed on the guest’s ticket, ultimately ensuring that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion.

As the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you support the Housekeeping Manager in leading the staff and operations of the housekeeping department and help seek solutions and results that create a high-performing, safety-conscious work environment. As the Guest Services Shuttle Driver, you are responsible for transporting our guests to and from restaurants and other areas in Taos County, safely and efficiently while working closely with Guest Services staff. In this role, you will provide our guests with transportation and access to recreation and activities in and around our area. Qualifications/Knowledge:

• Must be able to read electrical schematics and understand symbols and many different manufacturer schematic layouts.
• Must maintain OSHA requirements, as well as the National Electrical Codes.
