Salmon Cook
ROOM AND BOARD INCLUDED! As the Salmon Cook, you would be responsible for all things salmon at Taku Lodge. Duties include filleting salmon, preparing BBQ baste, and, of course, cooking the salmon. The fish is cooked over a wood fire grill that is outdoors in a covered BBQ area. There will also be a fair amount of customer interaction as guests will be able to watch you cook the salmon and ask questions about the preparation process. We will be looking for somebody with some cooking/kitchen experience, as well as customer service skills.
