San Juan Island Brewing Company serves award-winning beer and delicious pub fare in the gorgeous San Juan Archipelago. We are looking for team players to come work with us in a fun, high-volume restaurant environment.

We are looking for an experienced full-time experienced Line Cooks. All positions are expected to work as a team to efficiently run a line in a high-volume setting. Flexibility in scheduling is appreciated and must be available to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.

A few skills we are looking for:

• Cooks with 1-3 years of relevant restaurant experience
• Organized, highly motivated, and able to multitask
• Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more a day
• Friendly, positive, and engaging attitude
• Excellent verbal communication and organization skills

$20 to $25 an hour. Pay dependent on experience. All positions include weekly tips generated based on sales. Full benefits package available to full-time employees including health, dental, vision, 401(K), life insurance, plus great employee perks and discounts. 

Housing:

Employee housing is available, typical cost is $800/month. Housing is within walking distance to the restaurant. Employee housing consists of private room and bathroom in large BNB style home with shared living/kitchen/dining/outdoor space. More details can be provided by request.
