Zip Line Course Manager

Royal Gorge Ziplines is seeking a passionate and experienced Zip Line Course Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our two zip line courses. The Zip Line Course Manager will oversee all aspects of course maintenance, safety protocols, and staff training. We are looking for a dedicated individual who shares our commitment to providing exceptional outdoor experiences in a safe and sustainable manner.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the zip line course, including scheduling and staff supervision.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols established by industry regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, platforms, and course elements to maintain safety and integrity.
• Train and mentor zip line guides, providing ongoing support, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
• Train staff on emergency response procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the zip line course and attract new visitors.
• Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and procurement to ensure operational efficiency.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in outdoor recreation, adventure tourism, or related field.
• Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in a zip line or aerial adventure park setting.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for zip line operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
