Round Swamp Farm is a unique family-run specialty food store on the East End - offering a 15 acre farm featuring row crops like fresh corn, cucumbers, zucchini, wild flowers, lettuces, and the best red and heirloom tomatoes - as well as a state of the art 15,000 sq ft. bakery and kitchen where our family and staff prepare farm to table prepared entrees, finger foods, salads, baked goods and desserts.

We are looking to hire a passionate, creative baker to develop and perfect new products for our stores. This person would work alongside our founder/head-baker, sharing their experience and collaborating on exciting new items. For the person who has hundreds of food posts saved on their instagram, and who can't stop thinking of making crave-able baked goods.

We request you have the following qualities: cleanliness is mandatory, works safely and efficiently, able to prioritize tasks and provide consistent quality in food preparation and presentation. Applicants must be willing to work long hours on their feet in a fast paced but collaborative and fulfilling environment. A person who brings passion for learning new things and shows an enthusiastic sense of creativity as well as experience and knowledge of baking would be the ideal candidate.

Our Season: We are open from the beginning of May through the end of November.
