About Isle Royale National Park:
Visitors' accommodations are accessible only by boat or seaplane. Rock Harbor Lodge has guest rooms with private baths, housekeeping cottages, and services include a dining room, snack bar, gift shop, dockside store, marina, rental motorboats, kayaks and canoes, guided fishing and sightseeing tours. Pristine, remote Isle Royale National Park - located in the northwest of Lake Superior and part of the U.S. state of Michigan.
The Housing & Recreation Coordinator, provides all general support of HR functions to the units in the Managers absence. Will provide leadership and support to managers and employees throughout the organization. Will assist in identifying best practices and organizational efficiencies, as well as mentor and train line managers to accurately apply human resource policies and programs within the unit.
