After our doors in 1958, we still serve our famed USDA Prime 10 hour Prime rib, fresh Northwest seafood, local shellfish and oysters and produce from all over our bountiful Island. The menu, food quality, and preparation at McMillin’s Dining Room have been bringing in regulars for decades. With water views and refined service, this is where our guests come to relax and enjoy fine dining at Roche Harbor Resort. This is a scratch kitchen with menu items changing daily featuring the abundance of our island and the Northwest finest ingredients.

Front Desk
Front Desk Attendant
You are an ambassador of the resort as you greet guests when they arrive, offer assistance and concierge services throughout the duration of their stay and settle their accounts as they depart. As the first and the last person a guest interacts with, you are the first and last impression of our resort. You communicate with the rest of the hotel staff to ensure that we exceed our guest expectations.
Ideal candidates:
Minimum 1 year seasonal hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred.

Guest Services
Answer all incoming calls to the resort, filter and re-direct calls to the correct department per guest request. Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly. Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Additionally, supply to guest information about how to get to Roche Harbor. Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Guest Services, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security) as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem. Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction. Secondary responsibilities include, confirming, creating, and canceling reservations as requested to do so by the Lodging Sales Manager.
Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs. Communicate VIP arrivals to designated personnel for escort and delivery of amenities. Travel into town for special requested items, VIP pickup, and item delivery on an as based need. Also, as an on-need bases back up Resort Reservations department when requested. An ideal candidate would have previous experience in hospitality and/or customer service and prior employment working with urgent and/or emergency situations. Additionally, a candidate must hold a valid driver’s license and either hold or be willing to obtain CPR/AED certification. Trainable attitude and willingness to drive golf carts on the main guest dock is a must.

Guest Services
Night Time Watch
Guest services is a department that supports all operations at the resort. This position works nights, and is responsible assisting guests, transportation, and bell services. Also responsible for building security, grounds patrol, parking and responding to urgent situations. May perform some light maintenance.
Experience Required/Qualifications: Currently hold or attain CPR/AED certification, valid driver's license, and prior employment working with urgent and/or emergency situations. Be physically fit to climb ladders and lift luggage.

Utility Worker 1
Roche Harbor Utilities is seeking a mechanically minded Utility Worker for our water, wastewater, and propane systems. Once trained, the operator will be responsible for all aspects of the wastewater treatment plant, collection system operation and maintenance, and water distribution operation and maintenance and propane distribution system. Trainees will work under the supervision of the water, wastewater, and propane lead operator.

Dominiques is a fan favorite store for yachters vacationers and locals. We sell a variety of high-end liquor and wine as well as upscale home furnishings.
