Sales Oriented Reservationist
$10.00 - $16.00 / hour

Seasonal Job: April 2024-October 2024 
Our reservationists are the front lines and the first point of contact for our customers. 
Duties may include but are not limited to: answering phone calls, sales, responding to emails, front-desk customer service, marketing and retail. 
Reservationists are paid hourly, rate dependent on experience. You can expect 30-40 hours a week for full-time. 
Paid Training!
Required Skills include: 
• Basic computer knowledge/skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Sales oriented mindset 
Opportunities to cross train on the river and ziplines are available as well. 
Reservationists receive the same perks as guides (pro-deals, family/friend discounts, company raft trips, free housing, etc.)

Ocoee Raft/Zipline Guide
$25.00 - $50.00 / trip + tips

Seasonal April 2024-Oct 2024 : Rafting and Ziplining is the best of both worlds! Spend hot summer days splashing on the Ocoee in a raft while providing a fun-filled trip for your customers. Zipline through the trees and catch a cool breeze while interacting with guests and have the time of your life. 
You can expect 4-10+ trips per week plus tips if you are working full-time. 
All Raft Guides are cross trained as Zip Guides. 
All Raft guides are trained on both the Ocoee and Chattooga Rivers. 
All Training is provided. We will have two training start dates: April 6th OR May 18th. 
Pay is per trip, dependent on Experience and certifications.

Love working with people? Want to spend your days outside? Love heights? Apply to be one of our lead zipline canopy tour guides! No experience necessary, training is provided. 
Lead Zip Guides can expect 10-30 trips per week. Pay will be per trip Dependent on Experience. 
A 2-day training is Required: April 27th & 28th OR June 3rd & 4th 2024.
