Summer Experiential Education Facilitator - June 17-August 10th, 2024

If you are looking for a change-making, equity-focused, youth-development opportunity and you have a passion for the outdoors, then Princeton-Blairstown Center is looking for you! This summer, join a diverse and dynamic team of individuals who are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of students from historically marginalized communities in the NYC area, working on PBC’s 268-acre campus at our award-winning Summer Bridge program. Summer fun will be the primary goal of Summer Experiential Education Facilitators, who focus on addressing "summer learning gap" in innovative ways that help youth develop and integrate their academic, physical, and social and emotional well-being, along with their environmental awareness and stewardship.  Our facilitators work each week with a small cohort of 10-12 middle and early high school youth to 21st Century skills such as communication, collaboration, and creativity on our beautiful campus near the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area.

Salary $4,800 for the season ($600 per week) plus room (staff do not sleep in cabins with young people), board, and training (valued at approximately $400/week).

You must arrive on Sunday, June 16th as training starts promptly on Monday, June 17th. Check out date at the end of the program is Sunday, August 11th.
