We are a small family owned business located in St. Mary, Montana at the east entrance of Glacier National Park. Each season we hire up to 15 employees for the summer season. The Park Cafe is located within walking distance of Glacier National Park. Employees are encouraged to explore and see everything Glacier Park has to offer. You will wake up each morning to the fresh mountain air and views of Glacier Parks beautiful mountain peaks. We have a variety of shifts which can vary between 30-40 hours per week. Most employees live onsite in our dorms and have access to our employee kitchen for cooking or storing food and as an area to get to know fellow employees. Many of our employees often become great friends, going hiking together or having camp fires where all are welcome to attend. Adventuring is always best with company and is a great way to get to know your fellow employees. A summer at the Park Cafe is the time to create life long memories and friendships.

The Park Cafe would prefer people who can work for the duration of our entire season. Which starts in early June though the beginning of September.
Room and Board
Park Cafe's rustic employee housing offers a remarkable opportunity for our staff members, providing comfortable accommodation at an incredibly affordable rate of just 8 dollars per day. Situated amidst the serene surroundings of our park, each employee is granted their own private room, ensuring privacy and tranquility after a day's work. Our housing facilities also include access to the employee kitchen, where individuals can prepare their meals and foster a sense of community through shared culinary experiences.
To secure their room, employees are required to pay a nominal 120 dollar room deposit, which is fully refundable upon the satisfactory inspection of the room upon departure at the end of the agreed upon season. Additionally, for the convenience of our staff, we offer a refundable fee for airport or train station pickup, ensuring a seamless transition into their new living space. We understand the importance of connectivity in today's world, which is why we provide complimentary WiFi access to all our employees, enabling them to stay connected with their loved ones and the world beyond. Employees also receive a generous discount on food and desserts at our cafe and grocery store.
