Raft The Yellowstone River - and Get Paid For It!

Are you ready to paddle your way through an amazing Summer on The Yellowstone River at Yellowstone National Park?

We are looking for responsible and fun guys and gals for Season 2024! We offer whitewater, kayak and scenic floats at the North Gate of Yellowstone Park in Gardiner, Montana mid-May through late September.

Applicants should have some experience in kayaking and/or rafting, professionally or recreationally but Applicants with experience in any type of Guiding/Tourism will also be considered. Guides will be taking Whitewater (Class II and III) and Scenic Float Trips.

CPR and First Aid are prerequisites but we can put you in contact with a local instructor for a one day class if needed. Swiftwater Rescue Certification is a requirement and you will be scheduled for the 3 day rescue course here in Gardiner with The Swiftwater Rescue Institute upon employment. We will also provide our own guide training at no cost to you. You must have a valid Driver's License and please let us know if you have a CDL (for driving the rafting busses). You will be driving Guests in 15 passenger vans pulling a raft trailer.

Applicants must be 21+ years of age, have a great attitude, excellent hygiene, strong work ethic, excellent people skills, be physically fit, have confidence on the water! If you are currently or will be going to school, we may be able to work with your school schedule.

Staff Housing is available. A kitchen, full bathrooms, and WiFi are included, meals are not included but there is a grocery store and there are good restaurants/pubs in town. You will reside in Gardiner, MT - The North Entrance to Yellowstone Park. Guides are paid per trip, pay is based on experience.
