Beautiful Stanley, Idaho the gateway to the Sawtooth Mountains, Frank Church Wilderness Area and the White Cloud Wilderness area and of course rafting adventures on the Main Salmon River as well as the Middle Fork of the Salmon River. There are over 300 plus high alpine lakes in the Sawtooth National Recreation area and hundreds of miles of hiking and biking trails.

About Mountain Village Resort
Mountain Village Resort is nestled in the beautiful Sawtooth Valley surrounded by the jagged peaks looming in the distance. Our business consists of a 61 room Lodge, RV Parking Restaurant, Saloon, Mercantile, Gas Station and Service Station.

Room and Board
Housing is provided at a discounted rate to Mountain Village Resort employees. All housing is within walking distance to the businesses. Our housing consists of private studio apartments as well as one bedromm apartments.There is also a number of shared housing units that offer private bedrooms with shared common areas The majority of our staff enjoy either a private bedroom or private apartment. We believe it is important for everyone to have their own private space to decompress and relax. . We also have dormitory style housinmg available as well. Rent and utilities are deducted from employee's paychecks.

Mountain Village Resort offers employee discounts in our mercantile, gas station and our restaurant . Enjoy the stunning views from our private natural hot springs on the premises, reserved for guests and employees only. Full time employees are offered health, life & vision insurance.
Getting Here and Getting Around
Stanley is a remote town in the Mountains. Public transportation is not available. Mountain Village Resort is the main business in town and provides a majority of the necessities needed and is a short walk away from "downtown", which consists of small retail shops, restaurants, bars, public library and post office. Biking is an option if you do not have your own transportation.
For Fun
Stanley is the outdoor enthusiast's dream! Hiking, biking, white water rafting, boating, fishing, camping and exploring the beauty of the surroundings are common activities.
Town offers a street dance during summer months to "kick up some dirt" and meet some new friends. Along with the street dance there is the Sawtooth Gathering that lasts a weekend with numerous bands playing here at Mountain Village as well as at the Gatherings offsite location. For the 21 and over the Saloon at Mountain Village frequently has live music weekly in our dance hall along with free pool, foosball and darts. Festivals of all types occur throughout the summer and fall in Stanley.

Bartender
We are looking for a few experienced high volume bartenders to join our team for the summer season and beyond. Our bartenders in our saloon, dance hall and off site events need to be level headed, work well under pressure have fun and be able to provide excellent service to our guests while multi tasking handling the bar. The bartenders rotate from bartending the saloon and dance hall as well as private and off site events to serving guests on the saloon floor.
If you enjoy a highpaced environment and looking for a work hard and play hard summer this could be for you.

Morning Lead Line Cook
Kitchen experience required – fryer, grill, prep work, sandwich prep, salad prep and cleaning. Cleanliness, willingness to work, calm under pressure, and must be able to communicate effectively with other workers, listen and take directions from Kitchen Managers. Health & safety training provided.
Server/Host
We are a fast casual three meal service a day restaurant that is high voliumne. Working in a restaurant can be challenging and rewarding as well as fun and stressfull. We are looking for a few experienced servers that are well organized, team players that can multi-task be leveled headed and provide consistent friendly service to our guests. As with any restaurant youll be required to seat guests, take orders, serve the guests bustables ancarry your own bank and well dont forget to complete daily side work Be able to enjoy coming to work with a smile.
