About Mount Lemmon Lodge
The Mount Lemmon Lodge is a brand-new lodge opening this summer! It is a 16-suite lodge, with a Beyond Bread Cafe, and Gift Shop! Here is a little history on the making of the Mount Lemmon Lodge.
A dream realized, 100 years in the making.
My great grandfather found his way to this sky island in the early 1900s. Eugene Childs formed a partnership and developed Summerhaven. He began our family’s generational love and care for Mount Lemmon.
There has been a lodge in Summerhaven since the earliest days, a refuge for desert dwellers. The lodges offered an old-world atmosphere and created magic mountain memories. Due to wildfires, there has been no lodge in Summerhaven for nearly 20 years!
With the Mount Lemmon Lodge, Summerhaven will have cohesiveness once again with a new heartbeat. In honor of our local architectural history, the Lodge echoes Alpine Chalet influence. Guest rooms are simple and rustic, yet elegant. Food is fresh and local with fast service. Gifts exceed expectations in style and quality at all price points without competing with our neighboring businesses.

Getting Here and Getting Around
Mount Lemmon is a 45-minute drive from the city of Tucson. Team members may bring their personal vehicles if they would like. During the winter 4x4 or chains may be required to drive on the highway. There is no team member parking at the lodge, so Team members are encouraged to bike, or walk as housing is close to the Lodge, we also offer a pickup service if needed due to rain or snow!

- Road Cycling: Mt. Lemmon is the longest bike climb and the second most challenging in Arizona (after Mt. Graham). This is also one of the most, if not the most, popular road bike climbs in the US.
- Rock Climbing: "Squeezing the Lemmon" is the staple climbing guide for finding your way around the 3000+ traditional, sport, and mixed routes in the Santa Catalina Mountains
- Skiing and Snowboarding: Ski Valley is the southernmost ski destination in the continental United States. The top elevation of Ski Valley is 9,157 feet (2,791 m) above sea level and has 200 skiable acres with 21 runs.

Housekeeper
Have you ever dreamed of mountain living? We have an opportunity for you! The Mt. Lemmon Lodge is looking for front desk agents who love nature and are ready to bring magic to the mountain!
Job Duties
· Clean and tidy up hotel rooms, hallways, elevators, lobbies, common areas, and restaurants
· Dust and polish various surfaces and furniture
· Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
· Empty trash bins
· Change linens and towels and replace toiletries
· Provide laundry services for guests
· Collaborate with the housekeeping team to complete the daily cleaning schedule
· Restock cleaning supplies in the hand cart
· Report any issues that require maintenance
Housing
Mt. Lemmon lodge offers shared housing on the mountain at no charge to the team member. These cabins have private rooms, shared bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces. The housing is located very close to the lodge so no need to worry about high gas prices! If housing is not available at the time of hire Mt. Lemmon Lodge will set up a shuttle service with team members to help with the commute!
Wage
This position pays between $14.00 - $15.00 an hour depending on experience.
Full time and Part time positions available.
