- Oversee the dish pit and kitchen cleanliness.
- Operate dish machine. Put clean dishes away.
- Maintain a regular cleaning schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment
- Dining room support; occasionally bussing tables and assisting with ice and restaurant supplies as needed.
- 1+ years' of dishwashing & kitchen janitorial experience
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Easy personality for everyone to get along with.
- Not afraid to have some fun while doing dishes!
Line Cook, Prep Cook, & Dish
Full time positions in our busy lodge kitchen. We focus on good old home cooked style lodge food with home made soups, burgers, steaks and pasta's. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days per week. Check out our current restaurant menus on our website: lochsalodge.com
We are looking for prep cooks & line cooks, plus a few helping hands with Dish & Cleaning. Full-time work! Pay rates vary based on skill & experience levels. Dishwashing starts at $12/hr and prep/line cooks make a bit more. We also offer cross-training for those wishing to do a little bit of everything or even get out of the kitchen and work housekeeping or groundskeeping from time to time.
Dishwasher / Night Cleaner
The ideal candidate loves to get down & dirty with dishes until they're put away spot free & shining clean. This position is primarily dishwashing & cleaning nightly.
