Leavenworth Ziplines is seeking an energetic, organized and fun loving individual to join our team and manage the Leavenworth Ziplines program April - October. 

Limited onsite housing available. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee all zipline operations including staff management, customer service, safety protocols, and maintenance.
  • Ensure the safety of all participants by adhering to strict safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Manage and schedule a team of zipline guides, providing supervision and support. Plan and facilitate monthly guide skills checks.
  • Manage and optimize tour schedule and software.
  • Monitor equipment maintenance and work with vendors to ensure proper functioning of ziplines.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall ziplining experience for customers.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in ziplining or adventure tourism industry preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • ACCT Certification in zipline operations or willingness to obtain certification.
  • First aid and CPR certification is required

We are located on a family owned retreat and conference center and run 5 line and 9 line tours that peak at almost 190 feet off the ground and our longest line is just over 1/4 mile! Leavenworth is an amazing place to spend the summer and a great place to play in the outdoors when you are not zipping through the air.
