We are looking for upbeat, outgoing, responsible, energetic, and friendly guides that will be our full-time core staff to lead different types of groups on an amazing zipline experience. No previous zipline experience necessary. We are not a typical 'clip & zip". Located at a family-owned retreat center, we aim for our guests to feel cared for and part of the family.

Training begins April 29th with the season lasting through October.

Hours include weekends, some evenings and vary through the season. Guides typically do 3 tours per day (~9 hours) and work 4 days a week once training is completed. This leaves plenty of time to enjoy the outdoors in the Leavenworth area, where there is world class rock climbing and bouldering, backpacking, mountain biking, river rafting, kayaking and more.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old for Sending Guide
• At least 21 years old for Receiving Guide
• 1st Aid/CPR certified
• Pass our guide training course
• Have a strong commitment to course safety, policies, and procedures with an understanding of risk management.
• Experiential education, customer service or an adventure guiding background is an asset.
• Must be comfortable at heights.
• Possess full range of overhead arm motion.
• Be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
• For receiving guide, have sufficient upper body strength to pull self and the weight of another guest (with a rope once on the platform) along each cable’s incline in the event of retrieval.
