Marketing/Operations Assistant

Lasting Adventures is seeking a Marketing and Operations Assistant for the 2024 summer to live and work onsite in our Yosemite Location to assist the Site Director with day-to-day operations, logistics, and marketing tasks.

The Marketing and Operations Assistant will work directly with the Marketing Manager, focusing on the creation and publication of blogs, social media posts, reels, and newsletters. Work will entail editing media such as photos, videos, and content for use on the website and social media. In addition, the Marketing Assistant will help facilitate, compose, and deliver newsletters and post-trip emails. On the Operations side, this position will work with the Site Director to assist with operational and logistical aspects, such as Guide House & Gear/Prep Room support, helping with Summer Camp dropoffs and pickups, and general program support as needed. Occasionally, this position may have opportunities to assist in guiding. Expect the duties to be split 60% marketing and 40% Operations.
