The old-fashioned western traditions of ranch life and its values continue to be alive and well at the Hunewill Ranch where we share in western values of honesty, integrity, family, pride in hard work and a love of the land. Housekeeping has a straight 6-8 hour shift starting at 8:00 a.m. The work is physically demanding and the compliments from appreciative guests make it quite satisfying.
Prep Chef/Kitchen Organization
The prep chef primarily assists the lunch/dinner cook with prep, and also assists the breakfast cook and baker. They also keep restaurant products stored properly (FIFO) break down boxes and sweep & organize pantry. This is a food prep job as well as an organizational and cleaning position. California Food Handler's Card required. Available online.
