Paint Ski Lifts all over the country with the best views!

As a respected outdoor painting company, we are the best at providing ski resorts with fresh looking ski lifts that will last for years. We're looking for a skilled and motivated Seasonal Ski Lift Painter to join us for that during the summer months. (Late April until Early October)

As a Ski Lift Painter, you will be responsible for providing a protective coating for the ski lifts that looks great. This position involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and will require travel to different ski resorts within the United States. While we are based out of WI, you can be based out of anywhere since we spend the season traveling the US. Typically our team travels in a truck together from site to site, though you could certainly take your own personal vehicle. 

You will be working in some of the most scenic areas of the US! We provide transportation, lodging and per diem. 

Responsibilities we expect:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
• Apply paint and protective coatings to ski lift structures using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Work collaboratively with maintenance teams to ensure safety and compliance with industry standards.
• Perform touch-ups and quality checks to provide a flawless finish.
• Adhere to established safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Qualifications we want to see:

• Proven experience as a painter, with expertise in outdoor and large-scale painting projects.
• Familiarity with various painting techniques and materials.
• Ability to work at heights and in challenging outdoor conditions.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel to different ski resorts.
